Jumpseat

The jumpseat is open.

In airline ops, the jumpseat is the extra cockpit seat for authorized ride-alongs. It's a good metaphor for how I think about conversations here: if you have a reason to be in the room — a real question, a sharp disagreement, a shared problem — I'd like to hear it.

I read everything. I reply to most things. What I can't promise is speed — I run a company and coach a robotics team, and the math usually doesn't favor inbox.
